GENERAL OPERATIVES FOR A FOOD PLANTS BASED IN DUBLIN:

We are recruiting employees for clients based in Dublin who are interested to work in food production, who also have what it takes to work hard and to develop(up-skill) a career in this industry.

Salary

Starting minimum wage at 12.10 euro per hour ;
There is opportunities in the factory which allow you to upskill and gain higher pay for more skills; Overtime rates and extra hours are availalbe for the right workers!

Job Information

The company  requires:
-        Good working ethics
-        To work on a very early shift (the factory begins its production at 5 am with shifts at 6 and 8 am)
-        WORKING HOURS:

In the company, you will learn to make final products from various ingredients to a high standard and hygine! You will work full time (39 hours minimum) . We will expect from you flexibility, speed and quality because this is what the clients of the factory expect!
In some weeks or days you will be expected to stay longer in order to fulfill the orders and for this you will be paid extra (overtime - 1,5 from your basic rate).
We will require you to work on Sundays as well. For this the basic rate and overtime rate are different and much higher! 

Job Specification

1. Preparation of various food products for the food chain stores accross Ireland;
2. Hygiene awareness
4. Willing to work in a team environment.

The agency/company offers:
Agency employment contract;
Transportation where possible;
Accommodation locally where possible.

ACCOMMODATION:

The agency can provide accommodation to you if required, which will be approximately between 30 and 60 min from the factory. 

For the accommodation you will have to pay rent, and you have to agree that the agency will be deducting the rent from your weekly salary;

The rent will cost you from 70 euros and upto 95 euros with utilities included in the price. 

The price of the rent depends on the location and the conditions(the price of the property) which you will get. In the event of overspending in the winter months(such as gas, kerosine ect) you will consent for extra deductions for heating your home.

The agency accommodation is furnished and has broadband, but we do not provide sheets, cover and pollows for the beds

You get a room in a house or apartment and you share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and common areas with other tenants; 

The job and the accommodation are two totally separte things. Nobody is obliged to use agency accommodation. Anyone is welcome to use our accommodation if such is the need and if there is availability. 

Our agency accommmodation is rented on month to month basis.

We require 1 months notice to quit!

Furtheromore, when moving in the agency accommodation we will be deduction a deposit for the accommodation, which will be paid back to you when you leave and if  the room is returned in good, clean manner! 

TRANSPORT:

The agency can offer transport to and from work. If you are able to drive and you have clean driving record - we can offer you company car. The agency covers the insurance, resonable maintenance but you have to pay your own gas to get to work. As of June the total cost for gas to get to work comes out at 28 euros per week.

Nobody is obliged to use the agency transport. You have the right to use your own car, bus, public transport etc. Our agency tansport is book an a week by week basis. If you cancel you pick up we require 1 week notice. 

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT:

You will be working on an employment contract with the agency, which gurantees timely and correct wage payment every week. On every Friday you get your payslip, which gives you all taxed and deductions.
